Golf has always been a part of American luxury. And ‘The Grand Cypress Resort’ knows it well. This resort is all about Orlando Golf.The reason why their plush resort features a premium 3434 yard golf course! Better known as the ‘east’ course at the Grand Cypress Resort, this golf course was designed by Jack Nicklaus. It was made public in the year 1986. The golf course is a proper 9-hole regulation length course managed by the General Manager Mark Cox. To add more, it is a 36 par golf course which means you can enjoy a standard game of golf on this course!

Grande Pines Golf Course:

The ‘Grand Pines’ golf course at the Grande Pines Golf Club facility features 18 holes. This course was designed by Joseph Lee and Steven Smyers and features 7012 yards of golf for a par of 72. The state-of-the-art facility is managed by the General Manager Paul Ryan. It was made public in the year 1986 and features Bermuda grass. It has a course rating of 74.3 and slope rating of 140. Lake Buena Vista Golf Club:

Hawk’s Landing Golf Club:

Equipped with the Bermuda grass, Hawk’s Landing Golf Course has a course rating of 73.2 and a slope rating of
134. It is, basically, an 18 hole regulation length course which has 6900 yards of golf for a par of 72. It also features a 15 tees driving range. It was designed by Joseph Lee and Robert Cupp and was made public in the year 1987. This premier and state-of-the-art Golf club facility is managed by Marriott Golf’s Golf Operation Supervisor Stuart Proctor. This golf course is often known as the ‘Hawk’s Landing’!

Bay Hill Club and Lodge:

The Bay Hill Club and Lodge features a 9 hole golf course most often known as ‘Charger’ golf course! This premier golf facility features 3409 yards of golf for a par of 36. It has a course rating of 35.8 and a slope rating of 123. The Bermuda grass is laid across the entire course. It also has a 30 tees driving range. This golf course was designed by Robert Simmons and was made public in the year 1963. The golf course is managed by the General Manager Ray Easler. The course is old but a good start for the rookies!

The Department of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering

The Florida State University College of Engineering has five departments among which the Department of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering is one. The department of chemical and biomedical engineering offers degrees in both graduate and undergraduate study. They offer a degree in Bachelor of Science (BS) in chemical engineering. Undergraduate students may choose to follow their BS in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Materials or Biomedical Engineering. The college also offers graduate degrees like MS and PhD in both Chemical and Biomedical Engineering. The South Florida Community College, established in the year 1965 is located at Highlands County, DeSoto County and Hardee County in Florida. To date, the College is serving more than 19,000 residents with its existing location. It is built on 226 acres of land that is two miles at the south of Avon Park in Florida. To the north of the college is Lake Lelia and to the south is Lake Glenada. To the west of the college is the US Highway 27. It is a public college that offers various associate’s degrees interspersed in over 60 different fields. There are also course offerings like bachelor’s degree and master’s degree. There are also doctoral degrees and specialized education that tries to mix the traditional classroom and the online setup. After a four year course you can continue on to postgraduate study easily. To top it all off, there is an active athletic program where the students and faculty can enjoy.
